Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations MUST be made 48 before your scheduled appointment time Appointment reschedules MUST be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time SAME DAY RESCHEDULING Fee of 30% of services scheduled will be charged LATE FEE If you are late to your appointment, there will be a 30% rush fee added to your service. Late = 5-15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time for any 30+ minute appointment and 2-5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time for any appointment less than 30 minutes. NO-SHOW FEE If you do not show for your appointment and do not reschedule prior to the start of your appointment time, you will be charged a fee of 50% of services booked If you are late to your appointment, later than the allocated rush periods above, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged a fee of 50% of services booked
