before you arrive.....
PRE-TREATMENT is just as (if not more) important than aftercare! The way you treat your skin before a wax will dramatically effect your results! Make sure to cleanse and gently exfoliate at least 24 hours before your appointment. No heavy lotions or oils, but moisturizing is always good. Hydrated skin lets hair out the easiest!​

A little bit about me...
My name is Hannah! I love all sorts of everything in life. My liked playlist consists of artists like ABBA, Anderson .Paak, Boston, Lamb of God, Frank Sinatra, Remi Wolf, Widespread Panic, Tame Impala, Queen, Biggie Smalls, Britney Spears, Hiatus Coyote, Cory Wong, Amber Mark- ITS ALL OVER THE PLACE! I love to go see live music so let's talk about what concerts you've recently been to.
I love fiber arts and am more than likely actively crocheting, cross-stitching, and making macrame items. Are you working on any crafts right now?
Ask me about my dead animal collection! I've always been a fan of the oddities and curiosities of this world, from urban legends and ghosts to taxidermy and wet specimens. I love chatting about a good conspiracy theory or two, no matter how outlandish- I think they are very fascinating. Tell me all your fun facts or just tell me about your day because I love to listen and learn about you.
I have held my cosmetology license since 2014 and started PYNKNYMPH in September of 2020! I have worked incredibly hard to get where I am at today in my profession so trust me when I say I DO NOT FUCK AROUND with creeps looking for more than just a wax. Mark my words when I say you will absolutely be called out and embarrassed. I love waxing and feel like any and everybody should have a comfortable experience in my studio, including myself.
I believe in an inclusive and comfortable waxing experience for EVERYONE. I know ASL, have pillows for cochlear implants, and a table that can hold up to 2 tons. I can even change the music to your liking. My dog stays at the studio for comfort, but she can be put in her crate at your request. Would you like a silent session? NO PROBLEM! Just let me know! If you have any questions about waxing or if I can make your experience more comfortable please ask! No question too big!
When you come to the studio you will notice a lot of plants which is something I love. PYNKNYMPH is named after the cactus "pink nymph", I even have one growing here at the studio! I wanted to go for something that was cute, natural and somewhat exotic and confusing. My dog's name is Jade and she was also named after a succulent that looks just like Shrek ears. My studio is a reflection of me so come visit soon!

Appointment cancellations and reschedules MUST be made 48 before your scheduled appointment time

LATE FEE
​If you are late to your appointment, there will be a 30% rush fee added to your service.

Late = 5-10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time for any 30+ minute appointment and up to 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time for any appointment less than 30 minutes.

NO-SHOW FEE
​If you do not show for your appointment and do not reschedule prior to the start of your appointment time, you will be charged a fee of up to 100% of services booked

If you are late to your appointment, later than the allocated rush periods above, you will be considered a no-show.
